FactoMineR

The package
FactoMineR is dedicated to multivariate exploratory data analysis. Several methods are implemented, the most classical (PCA, Correspondence Analysis, Multiple Correspondence Analysis, Multiple Factor Analysis) as well as some advanced methods (Hierachical Multiple Factor Analysis, Mixed Data Analysis, Dual Multiple Factor Analysis). A Graphical User Interface is also available.
missMDA
(with Husson, F.)
The package missMDA is dedicated to missing values in Multivariate Data Analysis. It allows to perform a PCA (for continuous variables) and a MCA (for categorical variables) on incomplete data. It allows to impute continuous and categorical data and to perform Multiple Imputation with and in PCA.
